SIZOTEX – SF

Sizotex – SF is a product suitable to size 80’s and above counts. Its excellent penetrating & film forming properties play an important role in the protection of yarn.

SIZOTEX – MC

Sizotex – MC is ideally suitable for warp sizing of medium to finer counts. The excellent binding and flexibility of the sized yarn helps in a smoother and efficient performance with a lesser add-on, which is good to the high speed looms.

SIZOTEX – BS

Sizotex – BS is ideally suitable for sizing of 40s counts and below. The product is formulated for sizing of coarser varieties upto 40s count. The adhesion and elastomeric parameters are tuned to suit the demand of high speed shuttle-less looms.

SIZOTEX – SPR

Sizotex- SPR is a highly modified and formulated single shot sizing product, free from PVA and any synthetic polymers. Sizotex – SPR produces excellent results in sizing of all type of yarns like cotton, synthetic and blends. Sizotex – SPR is suitable for sizing all sorts and also performs well in Terry sizing and dyed yarn. Sizotex – SPR is easily desizeable without enzyme.

SIZOTEX – PV

Sizotex – PV is a highly modified and formulated Imported Starch product, free from PVA and any synthetic polymers. Sizotex – PV produces excellent results in sizing of all type of yarns like cotton, synthetic and blends. Sizotex – PV sizing baths have high stability of viscosity, it is easily desizeable without enzyme.

FABRITEX – V

Fabritex – V is a specially modified and formulated single shot sizing product. It is ideally suitable for sizing of viscose yarns.

FABRITEX – PCV

Fabritex-PCV is a product specially designed to size blends of polyester cotton, polyester viscose and other such blended fibres. The add-on can be considerably reduced compared to the conventional size preparations.

FABRITEX – ML

Fabritex – ML is a highly modified & formulated starch product which is ideally suitable for blends of Modal, tencel and finer counts of cotton with higher thread counts to be woven in high speed looms. The film provided by Fabritex-ML is strong and flexible, thereby offering a high abrasion resistance of the sized yarn.

FABRITEX – 121

Fabritex – 121 is a unique Synthetic co-polymer, free from starch, ideally suitable for all kinds of yarns. The high film strength, abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion of Fabritex – 121 makes it possible to use only one-half of the add-on required, compared to conventional starch-based recipes.

SIZOTEX – HB

Sizotex HB is a highly modified speciality starch based binder. Current environmental requirements and effluent treatment plants do not support the use of PVA. It can be used as a “binder” for all types/counts of yarn, along with other modified and unmodified starches

FABRITEX – HB

Fabritex HB is a PVA based binder. It is fully compatible to all starch products and gives high adhesion. It can be used as a “binder” for all types/counts of yarn, along with other modified and unmodified starches. Fabritex HB forms a film, which is strong, flexible and highly transparent. This helps in better weaveability and reduction in abrasion.

UNISOFT

Unisoft is a softening paste containing lubricants, softening and plasticizing agents, emulsifiers and other special purpose components. It is nontoxic and bio-degradable, therefore is best suitable for certified fabrics.

GLYTEX

Glytex is a specially designed humectant that maintains the required moisture in the sized yarn as well as a lubricant which gives smooth feel. It helps in easy separation of sized yarn at the lease zone.

UNICOAT
